CASS Family Day Care provides professional child care in a warm, home-based environment. Our Coordination Unit is staffed by experienced professionals with extensive backgrounds in both long day care and family day care settings.

• recruiting, supporting, and monitoring our educators, and providing ongoing training and resources

• conducting regular home visits to ensure children receive the highest standard of education and care

• supporting educators to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate programs tailored to children’s interests

• ensuring full compliance with the National Regulations and National Quality Standard

• having a dedicated Educational Leader to oversee curriculum development and program implementation
