Hi, my name is Heidi Zhao, and I’m a registered educator with the CASS Family Day Care Scheme. I joined the scheme in 2024, bringing with me several years of experience working in a long day care centre. My background has given me a strong foundation in early childhood education, and I’m passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a warm and home-like setting.

In my family day care, I offer a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where children feel supported and encouraged to explore. I design daily routines and learning activities that foster curiosity, independence, and meaningful interactions.

I provide a variety of indoor and outdoor learning experiences tailored to each child’s interests and developmental stage. For preschool-aged children, I also run a comprehensive school readiness program that builds the confidence and skills they need for a smooth transition to formal schooling.
