Welcome to Playpals Family Day Care, led by dedicated and experienced early childhood educator Rita Gao.
Rita holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care from Charles Sturt University and brings over 10 years of experience in early childhood settings, including 5 years in a Montessori school. Before founding her Family Day Care, she also served as a Centre Manager, gaining valuable leadership and curriculum expertise. Rita is fully trained in First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR, Child Protection, and Safe Sleep, and is cleared to work with children through Service NSW.
At Playpals, Rita creates a warm, home-like environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn. She tailors her programs to each child’s unique needs and interests, fostering a love for learning through play, exploration, and meaningful connections.
Guided by the National Quality Framework, Rita is committed to delivering high-quality education and care that nurtures the whole child — emotionally, socially, and intellectually.
MON to FRI: 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM
SAT: 8 AM to 6 PM
SUN: 8 AM to 6 PM
